Before you report a problem
If a wheel does not spin, check that your list contains between 2 and 100 non-empty entries. If sound or fullscreen does not work, your browser may restrict that feature. You can still use the wheel normally. Export important lists before clearing browser data.
Useful details to include
Describe the action you took, what you expected, and what happened. Include your browser and device type. Please use a short sample list rather than real students’ names, private contact details, or other sensitive information.
