Your names and choices
The wheel processes the list you enter in your browser. The application does not upload your list to a database. Avoid entering sensitive personal information, particularly on a shared computer or in a list you intend to share.
Local storage
When your browser allows it, we use local storage to remember your entries, palette, sound preference, Can’t predict option, and winner-removal setting. This storage remains on your device until it is replaced or cleared. To remove it, clear this website’s site data in your browser settings. Private-browsing modes may erase it when the session ends. If storage is blocked, you can still use the wheel.
Sharing and exports
A share link includes the names in the fragment portion of the URL, after the # character. Fragments are not sent as part of normal HTTP requests, but anyone who receives the link can read its names. Messaging services, browser extensions, and other software may access links you share. Exported text files are saved to your device and are under your control.
Results and technical requests
Winner history is held in memory for the current session and is cleared when the page reloads. The hosting provider may process ordinary connection information, such as IP addresses and requested pages, to deliver and secure the website. Names in your editor are not included in these page requests.
Cookies, analytics, and advertising
This version does not load advertising scripts or analytics trackers, and the wheel does not set cookies. Fonts are served by this website. If advertising or analytics is introduced, this notice will need to describe the actual providers, their data use, and the available privacy choices before those services are activated.
